Chubby's is a locally owned make your own burrito or bowl along the lines of Chipolte or Qdoba. Their selections are limited to what's on the picture of their menu I posted with this review. Two things that differentiate Chubby's is that they make your tortillas fresh in front of you as you order and they also include a small serving of chips and salsa. Every time I've gone there the food has been fresh and very tasty and the service has been friendly. The restaurant could use a little design refresh inside, but it's not run down nor does it detract from the experience.

Tasty taco and burrito restaurant in Pampa, TX. Friendly staff greet you and prepare your food in front of you like a chipotle or subway. Tortillas are made fresh and browned on a skittle prior to making your burrito. We had one brisket and one chicken burrito. Both tasted amazing. Each $10 plate came with chips and salsa. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant was clean. Can’t wait to come back!

A young lady named Emma took my order and she was one of the nicest people I've ever met. I can't say enough good things about this place. Delicious lunch. Try the shredded brisket with grilled onions, roasted jalapeños, cilantro rice and queso. Their chips and salsa add a nice salty crunch. Large portions.
